Six years ago I started with a spare room and absolutely no idea what I was doing on the business side.
I thought being good at the treatments was enough. It was not. I ran offers to fill the diary. I posted constantly. I bought another course every time things went quiet. And every single month I looked at my bank account completely confused because the numbers did not match the effort I was putting in.
I was also treating skin without truly understanding it — following protocols without understanding what was actually happening underneath. Getting results that were okay, but never as good as they could have been.
I refused to stay stuck. So I learned the skin properly. I fixed the business properly. And I went from starting from zero every single month to building something that consistently pays me, supports my life and funds my nursing degree.
Now I teach it all — practitioner to practitioner. No recycled advice, no theory from someone who has never picked up a needle. Just what actually works, from someone who has lived it.
